Compton's 3D World Atlas Deluxe — Windows 11 compatibility

This release contains the tested user-scoped Windows installer and its SHA-256 checksum.

Requirements

• A lawful physical Compton's 3D World Atlas Deluxe CD mounted as volume 3DATLAS (default drive D:).
• Internet access during installation for the separate LGPL FFmpeg/Node.js tools and the Internet Archive static Online documentation mirror.
• Windows 11.

The installer does not include the commercial Atlas executable, CD data, converted movies, or generated archive mirror. It refuses to continue without the physical disc and leaves the original disc/Program Files installation untouched.
