Faster, quiet Windows 11 installer

This release fixes the slow and noisy installation experience:

  • Archive downloads use 20 bounded parallel workers and retry throttled files with a smaller pool.
  • AVI sources are staged locally and converted/validated with four parallel workers.
  • A complete existing offline archive mirror is reused on subsequent runs.
  • PowerShell and worker processes run hidden behind the installer progress UI; no separate console window is opened.
  • The installer records detailed compatibility-phase diagnostics in Install-AtlasWindows11.log.
  • The installer automatically finds the physical disc on another drive letter when /DISC is omitted.

The installer still requires a lawful physical 3DATLAS CD and Internet access for a first-time archive mirror download. It contains no commercial Atlas executable, CD data, converted media, or generated archive snapshot.

Verify SHA256SUMS.txt before running the installer.
