Archive Mode launch fix

The previous symptoms were caused by launching the untouched original Program Files copy rather than the user-local Windows 11 Archive Mode runtime. This release makes the correct path harder to miss:

  • Adds a clearly named desktop shortcut: Compton's 3D World Atlas Deluxe - Windows 11 Archive Mode.
  • Keeps the Windows 11 Start Menu shortcuts and documents that the original shortcut must not be used.
  • Adds a launcher watchdog fix that brings legacy modal dialogs above the Atlas main window so they can be dismissed.
  • The local WonderLink shim continues routing Online commands to the offline archive; no retired live URLs are opened.

Use the installer-created Windows 11 shortcut. The original Program Files installation remains untouched by design.

Verify SHA256SUMS.txt before running the installer.
