Auralis Master Lab is a local, standalone Windows mastering workstation by Auralis Audio / NILSOUTH LLC. Its focused workflow is Load Track → Analyze & Master → Compare Original and Mastered → Export. The application performs its audio work locally and provides loudness, true-peak, dynamics, stereo, tonal, waveform, spectrum, reference-matching, delivery-target, and multichannel-bed tools.
This ZIP is a portable, license-free judging copy prepared for OpenAI Build Week. No payment, account, email activation, or license key is required.
System requirements
- Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit
- x64-compatible processor
- A Windows audio output device for playback and A/B auditioning
- Free disk space for the application, source audio, and exported masters
- No separate codec or Microsoft C++ runtime installation is required; the needed files are included
Installation
- Download
Auralis-Master-Lab-Build-Week-Demo-Windows.zipfrom this release. - Right-click the ZIP, choose Extract All, and keep the extracted files together.
- Open the
Auralis-Master-Lab-Build-Week-Demofolder. - Double-click
Auralis Master Lab.exe.
This is a portable build and does not use an installer. If Windows SmartScreen appears because the judging binary is unsigned, select More info → Run anyway only when the file came from this official release.
Supported formats
- Input: WAV, AIFF, FLAC, MP3, and Ogg Vorbis
- Output: 24-bit PCM WAV, 32-bit floating-point WAV, 24-bit FLAC, and high-quality V0 MP3
- The LAME encoder needed for MP3 export is bundled in the extracted folder
Demo instructions
- Select Load Track and choose a WAV, MP3, or FLAC file.
- Select ANALYZE & MASTER and wait for the completion message.
- Compare the result with Original, Mastered, or the A/B button. Keep Loudness Match enabled for a level-matched comparison.
- Choose an output format and sample rate, then select Export Master.
- Save under a new filename and play the completed exported file.
