Add PhotoFlow Studio 5.2 app Add the PhotoFlow Studio 5.2 Electron application, including the main app shell, live folder tracking, workspace and camera flows, settings, and file-transfer logic. This also adds Windows build scripts and GitHub Actions packaging, licensing documents, and QA smoke tests covering core behavior, UI workflows, and live-image handling.
