feat: Testing task and replaying should allow using priority #2934

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In production where there are 1000s of tasks are pending I am not able to test the fix with replay/testing a task. It always put them behind the queue. With this option I can run my task immediately without waiting for already queued tasks to complete.
Describe the solution you'd like to see
option to change Priority similar to delay field in Task test and replay sidebar/dialog.
Describe alternate solutions
I could run my test using some script, but that is tedious and non-intuitive.
