v0.9.9.1 - Beta!

Been using this version for quite a while, just decided to make it as a release.

Main change is the ability to use sig() as a shorthand for $jConstruct().
Typing sig() with no inputs creates a "vanilla" div, with no properties, for in case you just need a container to add other objects.
