Simplify deployment and add debug for artifact copy

Inline the 'deploy-*' scripts, inline them as they were not doing very much
and mostly invoke yet another script.

Add a '-v' flag to artifact copy to give output of the artifact copy, helps
debug any 'file not found' errors.
