Missing images/return image placeholder (#10257)

* Update UnitImageFactory to return a missing image placeholder if an image cannot be found

* Delete MissingImageException now that it is no longer used, avoids future error reports about missing images

* Bump assets version number to pick up the no-image placeholder

* Color no-image placeholder by player & write unit name on placeholder image
