CircuitPython Remote 0.0.3

This beta release adds several commonly requested remote filesystem features:

• Connect directly using a board's IPv4 address when mDNS discovery is unavailable
• Show a hint for direct IP connection when discovery takes too long
• Create, rename, and delete empty remote directories
• Download individual remote files
• Upload local files to the selected remote directory
• Rename remote directories while protecting folders containing open remote files

Currently tested primarily with an ESP32-S3 board running CircuitPython Web Workflow on macOS.

Please back up important files before testing remote write, rename, or delete operations. Feedback and device compatibility reports are welcome.
