Summary

  • Add gitworthy outcome reconcile / MCP store_outcome_reconcile to close open-lane Track O debt against GitHub PR state (merged / author-withdrawn; ambiguous closes → needs_adjudication).
  • Doctor data_store surfaces track_o_debt with reconcile remediation.
  • Skill + AGENT_WORKFLOW + BETA require execute-lane selectedpr_opened → reconcile for terminals.
  • Unit tests with mocked PR snapshots; no network in the unit suite.

Test plan

  • pnpm test
  • gitworthy outcome reconcile --json lists local pr_opened debt
  • gitworthy outcome reconcile --write --json writes clear terminals idempotently
  • Doctor warns when Track O debt > 0
  • Ambiguous maintainer closes appear as needs_adjudication only

Ship CLI/MCP reconcile with mocked tests, doctor track_o_debt, and execute-lane skill/workflow docs so selected → pr_opened → terminal no longer depends on manual memory.
Scan all outcomes for Track O debt and terminal idempotency, and include outcome reconcile guidance whenever track_o_debt coexists with other data_store warnings.
…ures.

Doctor now warns when Track O debt scanning throws, and MCP/CLI reconcile refuses write=true together with dry_run=true.
Drop weak body-superseded auto-writes, skip GitHub author lookup when debt is empty, and copy acted_against_skip from open-lane rows onto terminal events.
