Self-DM: auto-switch to bot

When you send a DM to yourself, the CLI now automatically switches to the bot client for posting. This ensures you actually get a Slack notification — sending a DM to yourself as yourself is a no-op in Slack.

slackbuzz send @isaac "reminder to review PRs"
# → Sending to yourself — using bot so you get a notification
# ✓ Message sent to @isaac

The switch only happens for self-DMs. All other messages continue to post as your user account by default.
