v0.8.25 - Increase default timeout

A case of "it works on my machine" struck me in the last release. I've increased the default timeout from 30 seconds to 3 minutes. As with last release, you can set your custom time out per install with --http.timeout or by setting the env: ZVM_DEFAULT_TIMEOUT .
