• Fix: Mining Guild quest "Gold Standard" now appears before "Mithril Mandate" in the quest list, matching the correct progression order
• Fix: Expedition notes now correctly increment each time one is found; previously a second database write was clobbering the note count

• Fix: Quest objective descriptions now use translated item, enemy, and dungeon names instead of hardcoded English text; all quest types generate their description dynamically so non-English locales see fully localised objectives
