- Fix embedded reference editors to accept spaces and mouse input after activation and update in place during synchronization, preserving focus and cursor position
- Support up to three leading spaces on markers and prevent newly created marker lines from inheriting incidental indentation
- Refresh Reading-mode blocks from current synchronized content, with batched rerenders after Obsidian save events
- Keep Reading mode read-only while synchronizing actual editor buffers bidirectionally, updating all open buffers and retrying concurrent writes
