0.7.0-beta.4 prerelease. Both core crates published; archive hashes and source verified. Registry-only consumer: 46 tests plus 3 isolated environment cases passed. Stable remains 0.6.0.

Opt-in phone/country/currency types use pinned offline catalogs. Phone validation does not prove ownership/reachability. Currency catalogs include legacy/fund/special entries, not current legal tender. Preserve source attribution; generic JSON Schema cannot enforce local catalog rules.

Codegen stays source-only, publish=false. AI/Jev is independent and not uploaded here.

BREAKING from 0.6: capnp_models types need explicit Model derives. Back up data/test migrations; users own existing-data/deployment responsibility. Never remove constraints to bypass guards. Partial JSON previews still require final input, Complete and Model validation.
