  • 8cc8453: Log a traceback for every error that leaves the server as a non-2xx response. Thrown HTTPExceptions below 500 were returned with nothing in the log but the access-log line, so a 400/422/424 could not be traced to the code that raised it. Route handlers that caught an error and converted it into a client error now rethrow it as an HTTPException carrying the original as cause, and OpenAPI request validation throws instead of answering directly, so the app error handler is the one place that builds the error envelope and logs it. Each line carries method, path, status, the error chain, and the stack. When the handler rethrows with cause, the traceback includes the route throw and each cause stack. Routine 401/403/404 rejections stay at debug level.
  • e1f470f: Raise the default model HTTP headers and body timeouts to 2 minutes so slow first-token and idle stream responses are not dropped.
  • f072150: Remove AUTOMATICALLY_MOVE_TRUEFORGE_TABLES_FROM_PUBLIC_TO_TRUEFORGE_SCHEMA and the Postgres bootstrap that moved public tables into POSTGRES_SCHEMA; schema creation stays with the Migrator and init migration.
  • ee3cbc4: Remove the internal ServiceFoundry agent and session import API used for the TrueFoundry to TrueForge backfill, including the unused managed-agent ID passed on agent create.
  • 694a572: Reject duplicate sandbox environment names on create (POST) instead of overwriting via upsert.
  • e25945d: Add configurable sandbox resource caps and limit environment variable and secret names in the UI.
  • 87634d8: Truncate derived session titles on grapheme boundaries so emoji clusters are never split, and leave
    the title unset when nothing fits instead of storing a blank value.
