Overview
This is a Helm chart release PR that bumps packaging metadata to ship TrueForge 0.2.0-rc.4 (d4e84ac).

Chart.yaml: chart version moves from 0.2.0-rc.0 → 0.2.0-rc.1, and appVersion from 0.2.0-rc.3 → 0.2.0-rc.4.

values.yaml: default image.tag is updated from 0.2.0-rc.3-1567266 to 0.2.0-rc.4-d4e84ac so installs pull the new registry image.

No application or template logic changes—only version pins. Per the release workflow, merging should create charts/trueforge@0.2.0-rc.1, a GitHub Release, and publish the OCI Helm chart.
