Overview
Helm chart release that bumps the packaged TrueForge version without changing templates or runtime config.

Chart.yaml moves chart version to 0.2.0-rc.9 and appVersion to 0.2.0-rc.11. Default values.yaml image.tag is updated to 0.2.0-rc.11-7fc322f so installs pull the matching npm-install image from JFrog.

Merging is expected to tag charts/trueforge@0.2.0-rc.9, cut a GitHub Release, and publish the OCI Helm chart.
