Fixes a bug that made 1.0.0 unusable on a fresh install.

The microphone could never be granted. 1.0.0 was signed with the hardened runtime and no entitlements, and under the hardened runtime a process without com.apple.security.device.audio-input is refused the microphone outright: the request returns denied immediately, no dialog is ever shown, and nothing in the system says why. It went unnoticed because on the machine it was built on the permission had been granted to an earlier build and outlived it.

Also in this release:

  • The app now asks for all three permissions itself — microphone, Input Monitoring, Accessibility — one dialog after another, instead of leaving you to find them in System Settings. Fired together they collide, and the microphone came back denied before any dialog could appear.
  • After Input Monitoring is granted it offers to restart, because macOS hands that permission to a freshly started process only.
  • The build script now reads the entitlements back out of the signed bundle and refuses to finish without the microphone key. An app can be signed, notarized, published and installed and still be deaf, with nothing saying so.
