• Fix upgrade failing when uv is not in PATH (e.g. running as root): now uses shutil.which with fallback to ~/.local/bin/uv
• Fix version not updating after upgrade by using uv sync --reinstall-package hate_crack and git fetch --tags so setuptools-scm sees the correct git state
