Adds source-first Context and People reads: claire.sources.list(), claire.search(query), claire.people.list(query) and claire.people.get(key), plus token holder balances in the token's own units (holders.trackedBalanceRaw scaled by decimals()). The committed OpenAPI snapshot matches the hosted API contract. The SDK remains server-side and read-only. Install with npm install @tryclaire/sdk@0.3.0. Published through GitHub Actions trusted publishing with npm provenance; Node 22 and 24 checks passed.
