0.10.7 — per-room light groups

No breaking changes. New opt-in feature: per-room light groups (#244).

A new options-flow toggle, "Enable per-room light groups" (default off),
creates one aggregate light entity per SHC room that has 2 or more
dimmable/color lights (LEDVANCE, Hue, Light/Shutter Control II dimmers),
letting you turn all of a room's lights on/off from a single entity —
mirroring the room-level control heating already gets "for free" via
ROOM_CLIMATE_CONTROL. On/off only, no brightness/colour aggregation.
Rooms with fewer than 2 eligible lights, or with the option off, get no
group entity (and any previously-created one is cleaned up automatically).
If a member light is unpaired live from the SHC, the group triggers a
config-entry reload to rebuild its membership rather than holding a stale
reference. Translated to all 30 languages.
