0.10.8 — device-inventory audit: bypass, energy reset, presence simulation, shutter diagnostics

No breaking changes. Requires boschshcpy>=0.4.8. New read-only sensors
and action entities across several device families, all found by an
APK-decompile audit of Thomas's real device inventory (thermostats, contacts,
power/energy, shutters) and confirmed genuinely reachable in the official
Bosch Android app before implementation.

New entities:

• Shutter contacts with Bypass support: switch "Bypass Never Expires" and
  number "Bypass Timeout" (1–15 minutes, corrected from a previous
  seconds/minutes mix-up — no OpenAPI spec exists for Bypass, confirmed via
  decompiled layout XML).
• Smart plugs (incl. compact): button "Reset Energy Counter" —
  resetEnergySummation.
• Presence simulation: sensor "Simulation Running Since"/"Simulation
  Running Until" (diagnostic).
• Room climate control: binary_sensor "Schedule Override Active" and
  sensor "Next Setpoint Temperature" (diagnostic, with next-change-time and
  next-operation-mode as attributes).
• Shutter Control II (BBL, micromodule shutter controls, micromodule
  blinds): binary_sensor "Calibration Required" (diagnostic), sensor
  "Reference Moving Time (Top to Bottom)"/"(Bottom to Top)" (diagnostic), and
  button "Recalibrate" — resetCalibrationAndOpen.
• HeatingCircuit's setpoint slider min/max are now read dynamically from
  the device's own reported range instead of a hardcoded 5–30 °C, matching
  the real app's behavior; falls back to 5–30 °C on devices that don't report
  a range.

All new entity names translated to all 29 non-English languages.
