Update capacity autorouter to 0.0.892

Updates @tscircuit/capacity-autorouter from ^0.0.890 to ^0.0.892 and refreshes the SOIC-8 sensor to I²C header autorouting snapshot. The snapshot captures small route-coordinate changes, including a 0.001 mm via shift.

Validation:

• Regenerated snapshots across all 1,320 test files using Bun 1.4.0 and eight test groups: 1,531 passed, 42 skipped, four timed out under concurrent load.
• All four timeout cases passed on sequential rerun with a 120-second timeout (1,535 passing tests in total across the initial run and retries).
• The changed snapshot test passed with snapshot updating disabled.
• TypeScript checking, package build, and git diff --check passed.
