Teach agents how to reuse pre-generated fanout routes through
pcbTracePaths. Add a focused reference linked from SKILL.md and the breakout element reference, covering JSON imports, local coordinates, complete coverage, and endpoint vias withallowViaInPad.The example uses the released core 0.0.1884 / props 0.0.649 API. Skill validation passes, and the example's CLI output was checked for both saved via endpoints, connecting traces, and no circuit errors.
