Pluto's CoG 2026 StarCraft AI Competition entry as a public binary — CPU
inference, no GPU needed. Same model, weights and inference engine that
played the competition (md07x02_cog2026_2578600_int8mv: 315M
parameters, int8); the BWAPI module is a fresh build (see below).

Contents (unpack into bwapi-data/AI/ — see the README):

  • pluto.dll — 32-bit BWAPI 4.4.0 module
  • pluto/pluto_infer.exe — 64-bit CPU inference engine
  • pluto/pluto_weights.bin — network weights (model 2578600, int8)

Requirements: BW 1.16.1 + BWAPI 4.4.0; an x86-64 CPU with AVX2
(AVX-VNNI recommended), 6+ cores, ~2 GB RAM. 64-bit Windows or Wine.

Plays all three races and Random; register it as any of them.

Since beta-2247200: newer model (2578600 vs 2247200); CPU engine in
place of CUDA (0.3 GB instead of 1.1 GB); shared-memory transport.
Compared to the competition build, the DLL now waits for the model at
the next frame instead of letting a late decision slip (a slow CPU slows
the game rather than the bot; BWRL_STRADDLE=1 restores the competition
behaviour), and it acts on the observation it decided from.
