上游升级：基于 DeepSeek Harness 0.1.1-rc.2（GitHub commit b150a551）构建，图像上传改走 Files API 并支持复用已上传文件，图像预处理按模型要求自动缩放与转换格式
不再抢占浏览器：升级后 dsh 服务不再自动打开默认浏览器，桌面窗口始终是入口（对旧版引擎自动兼容）
托盘菜单重排：优化托盘菜单的位置和顺序

无代码签名：Windows SmartScreen 与 macOS Gatekeeper 会提示未知开发者，请按系统指引放行
外部 subagent 后端（claude-code / codex / acp / dsh-sdk）驱动已随包附带，但对应的 CLI（claude / codex）需要用户自行安装并加入 PATH；应用不再附带 Claude Agent SDK 的 ~260MB 原生二进制，也不再附带 @openai/codex 的 ~350MB 多平台包——dsh 运行时从 PATH 解析 claude，codex 驱动会把调用转发到 PATH 上的 codex（未安装时给出友好提示）

Independent engine update channel: CI follows upstream releases and builds engine closures automatically; the About window offers a single Download & Install action — no desktop release needed for upstream upgrades
Upstream: built on DeepSeek Harness 0.1.1-rc.2 (b150a551) — image uploads now go through the Files API with reuse of already-uploaded files, and image preprocessing auto-resizes and converts formats per model requirements
No browser takeover: the dsh service no longer opens the default browser after an upgrade — the desktop window stays the entry point (auto-compatible with older engines)
Tray menu reordered: optimized the order and layout of the tray menu

Out of the box: no Node.js, no command line; configure an API key and start
Plugin management: bundled pnpm — install and manage plugins from the desktop without a terminal (plugin manager window included)
Easy DSH upgrades: upgrade DSH directly from the desktop — no need to download and reinstall a new desktop build
Three platforms: Windows x64, macOS Intel (x64), macOS Apple Silicon (arm64)
Online updates: the desktop app self-updates (one-click installer on Windows; macOS opens the Releases page); the engine updates in-app on its own channel
Desktop experience: system tray, close-to-tray, launch at login, dark mode

Unsigned builds: Windows SmartScreen and macOS Gatekeeper warn about the unknown developer — allow them manually
External subagent backends (claude-code / codex / acp / dsh-sdk) ship with the app, but their CLIs (claude / codex) must be installed separately and added to PATH; the ~260MB Claude Agent SDK native binaries and the ~350MB @openai/codex multi-platform packages are no longer bundled — dsh resolves claude from PATH at runtime, and the codex driver forwards calls to codex on PATH (with a friendly hint when it is not installed)
