✒️ A little about me

I'm Sharanya — a final-year B.Tech AI & Data Science student who finds genuine delight in the moment a messy, chaotic dataset finally gives up its story. That moment of clarity is what pulled me toward data analytics, and it's what keeps me here.

I care about doing things properly: clean code, thoughtful visualizations, models that are accurate and explainable. I'd rather present one well-reasoned insight than ten shallow ones.

Right now, I'm:

  • 🎓 Finishing my degree, graduating 2026
  • 📊 Deepening my skills in EDA, forecasting, and explainable AI
  • 🌿 Learning deep learning and MLOps, one concept at a time
  • 🤝 Open to Data Science / Data Analyst roles and meaningful collaborations

🕰️ How I got here

2022 ─── Began B.Tech in AI & Data Science
  │
2023 ─── Fell in love with EDA — turns out spreadsheets have plot twists
  │
2024 ─── Built my first real models: Flood Prediction, Olympic Analysis
  │
2025 ─── Data Analytics internship — learned what "production-ready" means
  │
2026 ─── Graduating, and looking for where to bring all of this next

🧿 Work I'm proud of

A Random Forest model paired with SHAP explainability — because a prediction without a reason isn't one I'd trust either.

Time-series forecasting for agricultural commodity prices, built with real planning decisions in mind.

A voice-driven Python tutor designed to make coding genuinely accessible for differently-abled learners.

Digging through Paris 2024 Olympic data for medal trends and standout performances.

An interactive Power BI dashboard uncovering how customers actually buy.

Exploring revenue, profit, and market trends across the world's largest public companies.

Thank you for reading this far — if any of this resonates, I'd love to hear from you.

This animates automatically once a small GitHub Action is added to your tsharanya2005/tsharanya2005 repo:
  1. Go to Settings → Actions → General and enable Actions.
  2. Add a workflow file at .github/workflows/snake.yml using the platane/snk action (free, one YAML file).
  3. Once it runs once, the snake SVG generates and updates daily on its own.

Happy to generate that exact workflow file for you if you'd like it done end-to-end!
