Extract

• New Extract tab — unpack a .pkg into a folder, with a progress bar and Cancel.
• Fixed: backport packages couldn't be extracted (Parsing patch package with passcode is not supported). The right mode is now chosen automatically from the package type.

Builds

• Fixed: builds no longer copy the whole game when the game folder and work folder are on different drives. The game is read where it is, and only the backport files are staged.
• The work folder can now be on any drive, including one too small for a copy.
