• In-app update checks (issue #567). Settings > System Status shows the
  running version's release date, a channel picker (stable or edge), a
  daily auto-check toggle, a Check for updates button, and a changelog
  link. A dismissible banner appears under the top bar when a newer
  release is available on the selected channel. The daily check can also
  send the new Update Available webhook and email notification, once per
  version. Backed by GET /api/v1/system/updates (GitHub Releases,
  cached 6 hours) and GET/PUT /api/v1/settings/update-check.
• The latest and cpu Docker tags now move automatically when a release
  is published (release-tags workflow). The stable and stable-cpu tags
  still move only when a soaked release is promoted.
