Upgrade notes

• Python 3.12 is now required for local development and CI. Recreate any older virtual environment with Python 3.12 before running the test suite.

New features

• Scan runs now expose durable member paths and current raw states through a paginated authenticated API.
• Scan evidence preserves run membership, scope, task ownership, and observed results for reports and recovery.

Fixes

• Selected-file scans keep the saved scanner settings when work runs outside the web process. Their status now reports active files and an ETA.
• Cancelling a selected scan only clears work owned by that scan. It does not reset unrelated inventory.
• Pending and unscanned supported media can preview without changing scan status. Previews and report details fit mobile viewports.
• Integrity coverage distinguishes successful checks, attempts, errors, and unavailable files. Scan reports no longer treat pending or failed files as healthy.
• File access, administrative controls, notification handling, cleanup safeguards, and exported report behavior were tightened across the audit remediation. (#85)
