Upgrade notes

• Cron schedules that use numeric weekdays now run on the day crontab means: 0 and 7 are Sunday. Before this release they ran one day later (for example, 0 2 * * 0 ran on Monday). Check any schedule that names days by number.

Fixes

• A cron schedule whose last fire never started is queued again when the app starts. A restart used to drop a retry that was waiting behind a long scan. A weekly schedule such as orphan cleanup could then miss runs and leave rows for replaced or deleted files pending.
• Starting a scheduled run removes its other queued retries, so a leftover retry cannot start the same run twice. (#86)
