TTGatewayError.failConfigAccount : failed to configure account

Hello, I'm getting following error on TTGateway.init method:-

TTLock listen: {errorCode: 9, errorMessage: failed to configure account, command: initGateway, resultState: 2, data: null}
TTGatewayError.failConfigAccount : failed to configure account

Please help.

TTGatewayError.failConfigAccount means the ttlockUid and ttlockLoginPassword do not match. Please refer to

TTGatewayError.failConfigAccount means the ttlockUid and ttlockLoginPassword do not match.

Hello @ttlock team,

It did work with the test account that you've provided.
Also, the issue has been fixed now.
In our case we were not encrypting passwords into md5 hash while registering the user. And we were using the same raw password text on initGateway as well. That caused the error for us.
