LEGO Batman for Android 0.1.9

I know I skipped a few versions, but nothing major changed until this one.
New and Improved
- Game folder launcher: pick where your game files live, anywhere on storage. The launcher checks that the right LEGOBatman.exe is there before starting.
- Saves, settings and log.txt now live in
<game folder>/port. Saves from older versions are moved over automatically. - Video and Port Settings has two new rows, FPS Counter and Gyro Aiming. They're added after the existing options, nothing is replaced, and both are saved with your other port settings.
- Gyro aiming: tilt the phone while holding X to aim batarangs.
- The launcher now has only the game folder picker and Play. All port options are in the in-game menu.
- Better performance: the game code is compiled with full optimisation, and function lookups are faster.

The APK is debug-signed. It contains no game data: copy your own files to the phone as described in the README.
