rusterize 0.8.0

🚨 Breaking changes 🚨

This version offers support to the following input data types for rasterization:

• list
• numpy
• geopandas
• polars (via polars-st)

Starting from this version, rusterize is distributed in 3 flavors: core, xarray, and all. The core flavor comes with numpy as the only dependency. The xarray flavor allows returning an xarray as output of rasterization. The all flavor installs dependencies for all supported input types.
