• conversational-output.md — new always-loaded rule governing structure/tone of conversational replies (conclusion-first, one idea per paragraph, structure matches content shape, fact vs recommendation vs assumption labeled, action-relevant replies end with a next step). Promoted to .claude/rules/ (live tier) and wired into CLAUDE.md's ## see also always-loaded list; the bundle copy under skills/init-project/portable/rules/ already existed and is unchanged. skills/init-project/SKILL.md dependency count updated 7 -> 8 portable rules. templates/CLAUDE.md.tpl's ## see also block also gained the same bullet — without it every future /init-project deploy would ship the rule file but never wire it into the rendered project's CLAUDE.md.
