Added

  • claude-md-standards.md — CLAUDE.md must be written in English regardless of conversation language. Added as a <critical> line, an ALWAYS bullet, a <self_check> item, and a <critical_recap> entry. The rule is scope: portable + paths: **/CLAUDE.md, so it binds every project the genome deploys to. Promoted live → bundle (skills/init-project/portable/rules/claude-md-standards.md).
  • ## language table gained a CLAUDE.md row in both CLAUDE.md and templates/CLAUDE.md.tpl — the table previously covered .claude/**, .agent-workspace/**, skills/** and the public-facing docs, but never the root CLAUDE.md itself, so a Vietnamese-conversation project had no rule pinning it to English.
