Correct CityJSON hierarchy

• CityJSON: objects are reordered and placed under their parents in the hierarchy
• Improved rendering (per-pixel lighting, anti-aliasing, edges on top of faces, indexed drawing, compiled shaders, better default materials)
• Bugfixes
