PassGen v1.8-release

Linux (deb) version v1.8 released alongside Windows version v1.8 🥳🎊

Here's what included in the update:

1. Added arguments for password length, output and help. Use-l,-o,-h and --length,--output,--help
2. Bug fixes

🚀To use the PassGen CLI or GUI on Windows or Linux, do this:

• On Windows use ./PassGenCLI.exe -l 25 -o C:\Users\path\to\PassGen-folder for the CLI app
  or run it by clicking the exe file without saving the password
  for PassGenGUI.exe run it and that's it you can save the password to an external text file.
• On Linux install the .deb files with sudo apt install ./PassGen-File then use passgengui, passgencli for cli use the new arguments above or run the .deb it i'll immediately redirects you to the software center if available.
