First release — in-place OSTree → ComposeFS bootc migration (Bluefin → Dakota). Preserves /home, /var, /etc, flatpaks, container storage, accounts. CI-validated across btrfs/ext4/LUKS+XFS/LVM-on-LUKS-with-dedicated-/var; proven on real hardware. x86_64 binary attached (aarch64 to follow). See the README quick start.
