TEagle 3.9.0 introduces strict scientific-result and provenance schemas, fail-closed specimen invalidation, explicit primer/PCR geometry, broader native export coverage, and hardened optional WSL backend installation and repair.

The frozen installer passed dependency, metadata, bundle-inventory, self-test, and clean-machine installation gates on Windows 10 and Windows 11. The optional WSL backend installer and repair paths passed hermetic, adversarial validation; a genuinely fresh networked WSL installation remains a separate post-release evidence gate. The user manual was rebuilt from the final interface captures and inspected page by page.

This release changes scientific result contracts and therefore does not inherit the v3.8.0 benchmark measurements. No new 3.9.0 classification, assay, or prospective benchmark result is claimed. The historical v3.8.0 evidence remains version-locked at its separate archived record.
