Bootloader Binaries

I'd rather upload the current binaries than tinker with edk2 for 40 mins and finally get them working on one device. This is not a release but a sub-release of the binaries. P.S boot.bin is for bios (architecture doesn't matter) and boot.efi, boot32.efi are the EFI versions. boot32 .efiis the x86 version and boot.efi is the x64 version.

This is the first release of my program. Only linux and BIOS.
