ZJIT: Avoid side exits on modified getblockparamproxy
Same random SystemStackError as TestOpenURI and TestOpenURISSL.
Allow configuring the maximum number of compiled versions per ISEQ via --zjit-max-versions=num (default: 2). Like YJIT's equivalent, this option is hidden from --help output.
Colon should be outside of the code.
This gets rid of the copying of the entire opt_table in function_stub_hit() since it only reads one element. HIR builder still does a copy and that's unchanged. It needs to read the whole table.
