Fixes the brief "failed to load" error when Obsidian starts with Better Editor enabled.

Tab controls and toolbar refreshes now wait until Obsidian's workspace is ready.
Tab controls safely handle a workspace layout being replaced.
Disabling the plugin during startup cancels pending setup, and incomplete startup can be cleaned up safely.

The startup crash was reproduced in a regression test before the fix. All 40 tests and the production build pass.

Update Better Editor through BRAT or replace the three plugin files attached to this release, then restart Obsidian.
