Heading-scoped rollover

• Added a Roll over from heading dropdown populated from the configured Daily Notes or Periodic Notes template.
• Selecting a source heading limits both bulk commands to unfinished tasks in that full section, including child headings.
• All headings remains the default, so existing installs keep whole-note collection until the setting is changed.
• Renamed the destination control to Roll over to heading and kept template scanning plus automatic Tasks heading fallback.
• Kept Rollover current selection to tomorrow unrestricted, so it still works from any Markdown note.

Reliability

• A missing selected source heading never pulls tasks from another section.
• Empty selected source sections are cleaned up safely when source deletion is enabled.
• Saved heading choices remain visible even if the current template changes.
