Changes:

  1. Added Online Compression support for RWKV7 Rate Backend (in addition to the current Safetensors model loading support), configurable by it's method string. Allows to save the model weights as safetensors with the state following whichever operation it is used in.
  2. Added rate-ac and rate-rans Compression Backends, allowing any Infotheory RateBackend to be used as a lossless compressor, coded by AC or rANS.
  3. Added MacOS Support. Officially supported targets are now: Linux (glibc and musl), MacOS, OpenBSD, FreeBSD, and NetBSD.
  4. Change to a Dual License structure: ISC OR Apache-2.0 instead of just Apache-2.0.
  5. Still x86_64 architecture only for RWKVZip feature -- to be resolved in Version 1.1.0.
