rviz not showing th emap and the robot #301

Please provide the following information:
OS: Ubuntu version 22.04
ROS Distro: Humble
Built from source
Package version: H.2.2

Expected behaviour
Rviz showing the map and robot ready to navigate.

Actual behaviour
Rviz screen is blank. the command window is stuck in a loop.

Although I'm able to see the topic-

To Reproduce
Provide the steps to reproduce:
1.ros2 launch turtlebot4_navigation localization.launch.py map:=hydro_nov.yaml
2.ros2 launch turtlebot4_viz view_robot.launch.py
3. see the error

Other notes
ROS topics are publishing on Rpi too.
