Out of the shelf robot, bought in october 2025, and I don't know which package is posing problem

Expected behaviour
Connection to internet through a wifi router.
Actual behaviour
The connection to the robot when it is in hotspot mode is working. However, when trying to connect to robot to a wifi router that has internet access to upgrade ROS packages for example), the connection doesn't work in 2.4 GHz, and is barely working (very slowly) in 5 GHz.
