你需要通过安装TCtools-installer-0.1.0-rc1.exe后使用，使用时可以在CMD/Powershell中通过 tctool 命令启动。

You need to install TCtools-installer-0.1.0-rc1.exe before using it. When using it, you can start it through the tctool command in CMD/Powershell.
